What is so interested in this life outside Christ that people can’t convert their faith to the decimal point of the redemptive Christ, right from my teenager, i have take time to study how young people was going to the land of silent prematurely in my home town and outside my town, but what is pissing me off is that many people has not sit down to edit, among all this people that is dying, how many believer in Christ Jesus has died premature among them, Understanding fully that safety is in Christ. “I have a dream” says one of my mentor, “Martin Lutter King Jr” and a good dreamer is a good stuck taker. I have come to show you that when you build your faith in God, you can never die outside Jerusalem.

This mind blowing and faith building story will portray this message. A missionary team went on an outreach trip to evangelize a small village deep in the jungle. Fearing for their lives, they huddled up in prayer. Come morning, nothing was missing and no one was harmed. They continued their trip to the village, set-up a small infirmary, and evangelized Christ to its villagers. Weeks later, an injured robber was rushed in the village infirmary. He asked a peculiar question. “Did you hire soldiers the first time you were here?” The missionary replied, “No. Why do you ask?” “Because we were supposed to rob and kill you. But there were 30 soldiers guarding all of you that night.” God protected the missionaries while they slept. Talk about the power of prayer. I remember a Bible verse that describes such an event: Isaiah 54:17 “But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; their vindication will come from me. I, the Lord, have spoken!” Without a doubt, those are strong words coming from our Lord. He protects those who carry out His plans. These missionaries knew that they represent God Himself. And God protected them all the way.

Have A Burning Passion For God

Luke 24:32   And they said one to another, “Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?”

To love the Lord our God is the heart of a disciple’s mission, ministry, and purpose.  From this love will flow the desire, the anointing, and the ability to be His disciples. Many today are crying out to God, “Father, we once experienced your presence and passion, but our hearts have grown cold.”Our inability to perceive the presence of Jesus often stems from despair, despair comes from apathy and inactivity, and from mulling over what we have lost, or what we don’t have. Jesus said: Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”

Most of us have never experienced real hunger or real thirst. We have more than enough material things and we often times become complacent because there is no “want” in our affluent lives. Our days are filled with so many good things, blinding us to the simplicity of realizing there is only one BEST thing, to love, serve, worship, praise, and be thankful to God.

Jesus said that loving God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength is the first and greatest commandment (Mark 12:28-29). Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus replied, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’This is the first and greatest commandment.

Go Beyond What’s Good To What’s Great.

Move beyond just trying to live a good life to living a great life empowered by the Holy Spirit.  Honestly review the last three days of your life to evaluate how much you either are or aren’t currently aiming for greatness. I always tell you that where you stop is where God is going to stop. God can never be tried. For those following me in facebook. I have as one to seven topics there and that why you see people who sing and have only one album and stay back, some write one book and stay back… etc.

Ask yourself questions like:

Were you driven by a desire to sacrifice your personal preferences on behalf of someone else?””Did you walk with spiritual authority, not afraid to utilize God’s power to free others?””Have you been filled with a sense and understanding that your decisions, choices and behavior were all being empowered by what can only be explained as supernatural?””Did you enter into someone’s life with a wisdom that surprised you and was beyond what you had previously known?””Did God’s Word leap off the pages as if the Lord Himself was speaking to you?””Were you compelled to run toward a ‘sinner’ rather than run away?””Were you repulsed by the merely ‘religious’?””Did you risk your reputation on behalf of another?””Did you weep for those who don’t yet understand God’s power?””Did you speak truth in love and grace rather than judgment or in retribution?””Have you heard other believers speak of these things as an ordinary part of daily life, yet you’ve never really lived in such a reality yourself?””Did you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit?””Did you experience supernatural power?””Have you felt compassion for those with no faith?””Did you feel a desire to assist the poor and suffering?””Have you found yourself filled with joy and praise even in the midst of heartache?””Were you propelled by an inner desire to know God in all His glory and to bring honor to Him?””Do you have moments of victory and inspiration, but they are sporadic and inconsistent?””Have you felt compelled to have personal fellowship with the Lord?””Did you feel the need to ask God to set your soul on fire for Him?”

Look for evidence of a fire.  You’ll know that you have a fire burning in your soul when: You won’t be able to keep quiet about the truth of God, you’ll have a supernatural boldness to speak what God leads you to say, and you’ll experience God’s supernatural power as a daily reality as the lives of people you reach out to are changed for the better in significant ways.
